Deep Tissue Massage

 This massage is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.

Sports Massage

Not limited to athletes, our experienced therapists integrate various techniques to stimulate the release of toxins, relieve sore muscles, increase range of motion, and treat injuries before, during or after training periods. Designed to target the specific needs of any level of player, these sessions will focus on many of the problem areas athletes experience like pain and injuries to the elbow, shoulder, and lower back.

Prenatal Massage

Massage has been used for centuries in almost every culture to help women through pregnancy and promote faster recuperation from childbirth.

   *Massage is not recommended for women in their first trimester, however we do offer Reflexology which is considered safe during all periods of pregnancy.

Myofascial Release

A form of soft tissue therapy used to treat somatic dysfunction, chronic pain and restriction of motion. This is accomplished by relaxing contracted muscles, increasing   circulation, increasing venous and lymphatic drainage, and stimulating the stretch reflex of muscles and overlying fascia.

Cranio Sacral Therapy

 A gentle massage to relieve pain and dysfunction and to improve whole-body health and performance. Especially beneficial for migraines, TMJ, and chronic pain.

Lymphatic Drainage

 Often recommended by doctors for post-surgical treatments, Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a form of massage that stimulates the lymphatic system with gentle massaging strokes to help fluids circulate and remove toxins. We have therapists who are certified in Lymphatic Drainage.
